Stain Tip:

Cleaning Red Wine Spills

Mix one tablespoon of mild carpet detergent (Dawn liquid soap works best), 1/3 cup of white vinegar and 2/3 cup water. Remove excess material from carpet by absorbing liquids and scraping semi-solids. Apply solution. Blot the carpet and gently brush the pile. Apply many layers of toweling over the affected area. Weigh down. Leave until dry.

Carpet & Upholstery cleaning

Carpet and upholstery cleaning standards are strictly adhered to according to the IICRC.  Below is our seven step process for both carpet and upholstery:

Carpets pre-vacuumed
Carbonated pre-spray is applied
Carpets are agitated
Carpets are rinsed with soft-water
Excess water is extracted
Deodorizer and/or Scotchguard applied
Carpets groomed

With the most up to date equipment and techniques, we are able to offer dry times in hours, not days.  We have two types of equipment for cleaning, the carpet wand and the Rx-20.  The Rx-20 is the most advanced piece of cleaning equipment.  We generally use this piece of equipment for extremely soiled carpets and carpets that are matted down and need the pile lifted, the carpets take slightly longer to dry with this system.  The carpet wand is our traditional piece of carpet cleaning equipment.  It is used most of the time and does an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets.  Our 7-step process above is used on all cleaning processes.

Pricing:

Minimum charge:  $100.00(covers up to 200 sq.ft.)
Over 200 sq.ft. .40 cents sq.ft
Upholstery  $15.00 linear foot for synthetics
*Scotch guard (carpet)  .15 cents sq.ft.
*Scotch guard (upholstery) one half of cleaning charge
Deodorizing     free of charge
*Carpet spotter free bottle or refill at appointment

*We firmly believe in the value of scotch guarding carpet or upholstery after the cleaning job.  This will not only protect the carpets fibers from absorbing the stain but it will increase the life of your carpets.  Most new generations of carpets and upholstery already have some sort of protectant on them.  Some, if not all of this protective coating will taken off during the cleaning process and need to be reapplied.  Most of the manufacturers who guarantee your carpets require scotch gurading to be added on after cleaning as to not void your warranty (read your warranty on the specifics)

With any scotch guard purchase, I will give you a bottle of spotter.  If an accident occurs and you are unable to get the spot out with the spotter I have provided you,
I WILL COME OUT AND REMOVE THE SPOT FREE OF CHARGE
this is my personal guarantee to you!
