This is the first time I have used Heavenly Touch and they were great! Arrived on time and did a thorough job. Even cleaned some problem areas and spots that I didn’t think they could get out. Better job and cheaper that my previous carpet cleaner. I recommend them to anyone interested in a good job at a good price.

I’ll start off by saying that if I could put 6 stars, I would. Rod did amazing work when nobody else would take on the job I needed done.

Surf wax melted into the back seat of my car, and as such, I needed someone with an industrial steam cleaner. All of the car detailers didn’t have the appropriate tools (just vacuums and cleaning sprays) and therefore couldn’t do the job, so I was forced to look into upholstery/carpet cleaners for the home.

Nobody would help me out until I talked to Rod, who not only took on the challenge, but when above and beyond by not only getting the wax out (which is a very difficult task) but also removing the other stains.

Use this service if you get the chance! Outstanding customer service!

I am truly impressed by Heavenly Touch’s work. James and his team were terrific at my house from start to finish.They are an extremely professional group and their work is amazing.
James showed up right on time to clean the floor in our Garage. The floors were so badly scratched and dirty, that I wasn’t sure how they would turn out. After two days of work and multiple steps, he made our garage floor look brand new again. He was so detailed and caring in his work, and did not just want to rush through and finish. He also has a vast amount of knowledge about floor care.
We will definitely have them come back again. And I highly recommend them for anyone who needs their garage floor cleaned and polished!

Very professional, friendly, and thorough. My neighbors have been using this company for years. Rodrigo made sure I knew exactly what to do if the stain came back (I used too much of the chemicals trying to treat the stain by myself…oops!) They even got out the pink candle wax that I couldn’t get out of my creme colored carpet! Made the heavy traffic areas look like new. Highly recommend. Will be calling them back next time.

Rodrigo and his crew are the consummate professionals in the field of carpet and tile cleaning services. Rodrigo is a perfectionist and really pays attention to detail. Rodrigo was punctual and adhered to his scheduled arrival times. Which is always appreciated when you are working and don’t have time. I used their services for my carpet and have NEVER had it so clean and smelling fresh and like new! I’ve tried other carpet cleaning services and never had these results. I called them a second time and had them clean my grout and tile in our kitchen and they did a fantastic job! Great job done by heavenly touch carpet cleaning. After being frustrated with Sierra carpet cleanings horrible service, I heard about heavenly thru my brother. After I called them, they made an extra effort to clean my carpet the next morning. They Did. Great job and I will refer them to everyone from now.

I hired James at Heavenly Touch to polish the concrete I have in a commercial space. He came in for an estimate, quoted a very reasonable price, and got started a few days later. James and his team were punctual, responsive, and did amazingly clean work. Within three days, they cleared, grinded, patched, and polished my floors. They also had to deal with a previous company I hired that badly screwed up the job. James far surpassed my expectations, and the floors look amazing. I would recommend Heavenly Touch to my friends and family without hesitation. Thank you!

They did a great job, prices were fantastic, even cleaned a chair that I had not originally asked about when I booked them. Further Rod gave us some hints about how to spot clean in future (as we have two cats who barf once in a while). He was very courteous and professional and was quick. Carpets and chair look great. Their cleaning solution is not overly perfumed and smells fresh, but it isn’t overpowering and the scent slowly fades (a good thing). I will use them again!

Excellent service! I am very picky about my carpets and the folks who come into my home to clean them. Heavenly Touch folks are prompt, efficient, courteous, and know about carpet care. They take great care while in the home, to make sure nothing is bumped or moved without your say-so. Great job every time – carpets look terrific!
